The Law Firm Scuro, was founded by Avv. Ugo Scuro in Rome in 1976.

The Firm is presently composed of the founder and a number of lawyers specialised in the various disciplines of corporate law.

The activitiy of consultancy and assistance to the enterprises, both in Court as well as out of Court, is the main work of the firm, which utilises as necessary a network of external specialised consultants, corresponding law firms situated in the main Italian and European cities and top institutional relationships.

In particular, the firm renders assistance, both in Italy and abroad, in matters related to litigation, to credit collecting, to appearance before administrative authorities, to reorganisation, voluntary and bankruptcy liquidation procedures.

Besides, the firm offers to the clientele a proved ready documentation service,  formed in particular by the supply of complete civil and criminal cases with comments required by the inquiring company.

The firm has matured significant experiences in the most various company sectors, among which there are, for example: mechanic, textile, pharmaceutical, financial, banking, food, computer, engineering, building, radiotelevision companies.

Finally, the firm gives technical assistance in matters related to corporate law in favour of civil and criminal tribunals thruogh the person of the founder who is registered in the Court list.

It is policy of the firm to offer on going adjournaments and information to the clientele.
